How a project runs.
Six steps, each with an owner and a status you can see in your portal.
Tell us what you need
Send a project request. Answer a few guiding questions about goals, users, features and budget.
Discovery
We review your request, ask questions and hold a short call to understand the problem properly.
Proposal
You receive scope, timeline, milestones and a clear price. Accept it, ask for changes or decline.
Agree and start
Sign the statement of work and make the first payment. The project activates once payment is verified.
Build in milestones
We deliver in stages. You review each one in your portal and approve it before we continue.
Launch and handover
We deploy, hand over files and documents, and request your feedback.
Ground rules
Rules that protect both sides.
Built into the process, not buried in terms.
Payment gate
A project becomes active only after the first payment is verified by the payment provider.
Signed means locked
Signed contracts cannot be edited. Changes go through a new document.
Scope stays honest
Anything outside the agreed scope is a change request with its own cost and timeline, approved by you first.
Private by default
Your files and messages are visible only to you and the team on your project.
Have something to build?
Send a project request. You will get a clear next step, not a sales pitch.
