No. The request asks guiding questions about your goals, users and budget. If you are unsure, say so. We will work it out together in discovery.

After discovery we send a proposal with scope, timeline and a price broken into milestones. Starting prices on the Services page are a guide only.

Payment follows the schedule in your proposal. Work begins once the first payment is verified, and later payments are tied to milestones.

Card, bank transfer or USSD through our payment provider. Card details go to the provider’s secure page. Noslak never sees or stores them.

Changes are recorded as change requests with their own cost and timeline impact. You approve them before any extra work starts, so the agreed scope never shifts quietly.

Your dashboard shows the status, current milestone, tasks and what we need from you. Progress is calculated from real task completion, not guessed.

At each milestone you review the work and approve it or ask for revisions with comments. We do not move on until you approve.

Yes. Documents such as the statement of work are signed in your portal. Once signed they are locked, so nobody can edit them afterwards.

You do. Ownership of the delivered work transfers to you on final payment. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain under their own licences. The details are in your agreement.

Only you, the people you invite and the Noslak team working on your project. Internal notes and tasks are never shown to clients.

Only with your written consent, requested after delivery. Confidential projects stay hidden.
